Our Story
Reliable Roofing was founded in 2009 by Mark Davies, a roofer with over two decades of hands-on experience. After years working for larger contractors, Mark set up on his own with a simple goal: to offer Solihull homeowners the kind of straightforward, honest roofing service he'd always wanted to provide.
What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted local team — but the values haven't changed. Every job is carried out by our own people, not subcontractors. Every quote is written down and explained clearly. And every customer gets the same level of care, whether it's a single tile or a full re-roof.
We're proud to have built our reputation entirely through word of mouth and repeat business. Most of our customers come to us through a neighbour's recommendation — and that's exactly how we like it.

How We Work
Honest Assessments
We tell you what your roof actually needs — not what earns us the most. If a repair will do the job, we'll say so.
Our Own Team
Every job is carried out by our directly employed roofers. No subcontractors, no strangers on your roof.
Transparent Pricing
You get a written, itemised quote before we start. The price we quote is the price you pay — no surprises.
Tidy, Respectful Work
We treat your property with care. We clear up after ourselves and leave your home as we found it.
Workmanship Guarantee
All our work is guaranteed. If something isn't right, we'll come back and sort it — no arguments.
Fully Insured
We carry full public liability insurance on every job. You're covered, and so are we.
